Why Is It So Hard To Get Help At HubShout???

    Chad, I've called more times than I can count and what I get is a "rebuke" for not watching the library of videos and learning everything on my own.

    I love to learn on my own all that I can, but when I need some guidance, I don't expect to be treated with contempt...

    I have a client with 4 proposals and he could only see 1. They are ALL active and no one can seem to tell me why.

    1) I'll keep asking, 2) get my reseller fee refunded, or 3) get some help and answers to my questions and not be blown off anymore...

    I'm trying to build a business. HubShout, so far, has not been a good partner in my efforts. I hope it changes today!

    Really sorry to hear about your frustrations. I did check out that task you included in your post and I didn't see any contempt on Jason's part. Customer service (which Jason is a part of) is hugely busy with a lot of clients. He asked you to watch videos first that were created for that purpose and Customer Service will continue to direct you to the materials (including videos) we have created to answer your questions first. If there is no appropriate material to direct you to or if it hasn't answered your question, you will then be walked through it by a representative.

    If you are still having trouble, which it seems like you are, I'm sure Jason or any other member of the Customer Service team will be happy to schedule a time to assist you. I also noticed that Jason called you yesterday, albeit the wrong number, so it seems he is trying to get in touch with you. Today will be the day you two get to work this out! Please bear with us, as this entire request has only been open for a few days and Jason has either attempted to call you or sent you helpful information every single day. I jotted down a note in that task as well to ensure you get attention today. I hope you have a better experience.

    I have spent a bunch of phone time with you on many issues and I assure you that we are not trying to make it more difficult. We most assuredly are here to help. It is highly recommended that you do watch the video because A). They give you a visual reference for many of the issues you have been facing B.) they help you understand the why and how. You know that we are always a call away.... We also called this morning but you where unavailable.
