Back in May 2019 we announced that we would be rebranding and changing our company name. Behind the scenes, the wheels have been in motion to get us setup for a successful launch.
Over the next several weeks we will be working hard to define our brand personality and create a new logo. As a team, we are embracing this new journey to set us up for another successful 10 years.
At HubShout, we believe we can help growing businesses achieve their dreams. We will continue to offer world-class service to our reseller community under our new brand.
As the HubShout part of our journey comes to an end, we will positively reflect on everything it has taught us.
We’ve built a great culture following using Tribal Leadership as a guide. In Q4 of 2019, we achieved our goal of a 4.2 culture.
Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) hit an all-time of 81 in October of 2019. That is considered “world class” and we’ve blogged about some of the strategies we’ve used to achieve exceptional customer service.
Our goal is to position ourselves in the marketplace as an industry leader in white label services. We believe the rebranding will propel us in that direction.
We expect to launch our new brand in Q2. We’re excited to continue this journey with our reseller community.
