Changing My Reseller Portal

    I recently purchased a new domain for my business, and I'm having trouble changing the reseller portal.

    I've created a new sub domain with my hosting already. My problem is with the dashboard accepting the new portal.

    When I enter my new portal ( and I hit Update Account, it changes nothing.

    Am I missing something else?

    Hey Member 7845 - I just double checked the Cname you created ( and it looks like the Cname wasn't set up properly. If it was, then when you visit that Cname URL, you will see a message saying "Congratulations! You have set up your Cname correctly" which doesn't seem to be the case here. Did you watch our video on how to set up and implement your Cname? If not, here it is:

    When I go to it does give me that message. So I need a Hubshout employee to finish the rest?
