    "The takaway: You are probably not valuing your customers correctly. That means you can probably increase your target cost per action for customer acquisition."

    This is interesting, and I think a necessity for success.

    I vote for the infinity pool as well.

    Your experience sounds like it was a good time. Thanks for sharing what you learned. I think it's a huge step to get clients to realize that conversions happen in multiple steps and just because they didn't send you a web form today, doesn't mean the visit wasn't a success!
