From impressive doctorate degrees and MBAs to hard-workers who have been in the industry for 10 or more years, our staff is a talented and ambitious bunch. The highest level of customer service is expected of the entire team from Account Managers to our marketing crew. Our proprietary software organizes workflow and we take deadlines seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Mr. Hill has over ten years of experience in online acquisition marketing and product development, having industry experience working with financial services, media, technology and local service businesses. Prior to starting up HubShout, Mr. Hill founded CyberCMO, served as a Business Development Director at America Online, and worked in product management at FOLIOfn Investments, Intuit and the financial services group at American Management Systems. Mr. Hill holds a BA with honors from the University of Florida and MBA with honors from Georgetown University.
Dr. Adam Stetzer has over fifteen years experience with enterprise IT systems. Prior to co-founding HubShout, Dr. Stetzer co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer for Nucleus Solutions LCG for 11 years. In this capacity, Dr. Stetzer built a large IT organization from the ground-up and developed enterprise applications for over 30 Fortune 500 customers. Nucleus Solutions LCG was purchased by Hewitt Associates in 2008. Before Nucleus Solutions LCG, Dr. Stetzer managed all organizational measurements and integrated human resource information at Verizon. Dr. Stetzer received a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue University, and a BA Magna Cum Laude in Psychology with High Honors, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Brian is excited to be part of HubShout's social media department, because it's new, fresh, and a rapidly growing market that's easy to integrate into everyday life. Carissa has a BS in Business and a BA in Art. Armed with 8 years of experience in sales and three years working for Yahoo, Carissa takes a consultative approach to clients. Chad loves online marketing for its changing nature and has been involved in digital marketing for 5 years. He chose HubShout because it is a thriving, local company doing big things. Within a month of training at HubShout, Chad earned his Google AdWords Certification and is very excited about it. For fun Chad enjoys golfing, traveling, playing hockey & watching sports.
Chris received his BS in Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has since worked in both public service as a firefighter for 8 years and in an account management capacity in equestrian sports, medical, finance and IT industries. Chris enjoys working at HubShout because the company provides an opportunity for Chris to help small-medium businesses grow. Something Chris's accounts notice is his holistic approach to business development. Chris loves vacations in Charleston,SC and Wyoming and just can't get enough of Leonardo Di Vinci, a man he admires for his nonconformist humanitarianism.
Leading HubShout's Web Development and IT departments, Chris joined forces with HubShout in 2012 after running his own web development firm for five years. Studying sound recording technology at SUNY Fredonia, Chris left to take a geek's dream job of computer colorist for a comic book company. His experience with computer graphics grew as some of the coolest software tools were being developed. Chris began web programming on a freelance basis in 1998 and as his business grew, he became too busy to enjoy his family. When he found the opportunity with HubShout, it was the perfect solution to the work/life balance he craved and afforded the creative atmosphere he desired. Chris loves to be part of HubShout because everyone brings something unique to the table.
A professional Certified Google AdWords analyst, Dave enjoys technology and internet marketing. Being part of the modern internet culture, a culture he understands helps him to excel in his position at HubShout. When Dave is not crunching numbers or writing ads, he indulges in movies, music, fitness, snowboarding and gaming.
Ellen specializes in creative content marketing for SEO campaigns, bringing fun and sparkle to otherwise lackluster topics (SEO for one!). Prior to joining Hubshout, Ellen was the Assistant Director of Advertising & Creative Services at PBS where she project-managed print, online and television advertising.
Armed with a marketing degree and a few years of local search marketing experience, Eric joined HubShout to delve into more areas of online marketing. In his first couple of weeks with the company, Eric got his AdWords Certification and knew this was the right move. Today, Eric is enjoying managing AdWords campaigns as an internet marketing analyst, and helping wherever needed with Local Maps Optimization. When Eric isn't learning about changes in the online marketing world, he can usually be found playing soccer or golf.
Garrett has been developing his digitally artistic eye since he turned twelve. Working at WXXI, an industrial design firm, and his mother's boutique (2Chic boutique,) Garrett loves to tinker, explore, and build things. It's important to him to play a part in bettering the community whether it's graphically, socially or technologically. Garrett is excited to put his graphic design skills to use at HubShout.
Jason started working with HubShout because it was a great opportunity to start with a small company and watch it grow. When Jason started in April of 2011 he was the 3rd AM hired. Jason is a team player and loves the strategy involved with SEO. In Jason's free time, he loves going to Rochester Redwings games, concerts, and boating on Lake Ontario.
Jason has the experience of over 5 years in sales. Jason opted to work at HubShout because of his strong belief in the company. Jason is proud to be associated with a company that does things the right way! In his free time, Jason enjoys reading, going to live music events, and spending time with family.
Jenna graduated from Tulane University with a BS in Psychology and a concentration in Neuroscience. Her fascination with biopsychological principles led to her keen interest in the practical application of the psychology of consumerism. With experience in marketing in a nonprofit, association, and corporate setting, Jenna is enjoying her role as a support system for resellers and account managers alike. In Jenna's spare time, she dances like no one is watching and eats her way through Washington D.C.
A Rochester, NY native, Jesse began writing professionally in 2011. After writing professional blogs and optimized website content for a year, Jesse joined HubShout in early 2012. Prior to writing full time, Jesse worked as a private guitar, bass and music theory instructor for over seven and a half years. In his spare time, he lends his writing talents to several political news websites. Jesse still enjoys playing music and is an avid science fiction fan.
John graduated from The State of New York, College at Brockport, with a Bachelors in Business Communications. John has over 15 years of experience in sales and client service as well as training in customer loyalty and retention. (He is also proud of his time as a museum docent) John enjoys working at HubShout because it's near home in the great Artwalk/Park Ave area of Rochester and because HubShout is an up and coming company that is bringing a lot of outstanding new jobs to the area.
Kyle has been at HubShout since December '11. Before working here, he was a Subject Matter Expert & Trainer for AT&T Mobility, and a Workforce Management Professional for about 2 years with Sutherland Global Services. Kyle went to school for communications and enjoys writing, performing and recording music in his free time.
Mark is a recent graduate of RIT with a BA in Marketing. Mark previously worked with six amazing kids at Mary Cariola Children’s Center. A longtime fan of internet marketing, Mark is excited to join the growing HubShout team. Mark is a die-hard Knighthawk’s fan and his free time is spent riding his motorcycle, fishing or water-tubing.
Matt joined HubShout in 2010 from the financial services industry. Matt brings strong Account Management to his reseller partners as well as several national-brand direct clients. Matt likes to help clients diversify their marketing offerings and is frequently suggesting new directions for resellers to grow revenues through new services.
Nick grew up in New Jersey and came to Rochester to study engineering at RIT. He soon realized that his true passion was internet marketing, and graduated with a Bachelors of Marketing degree. Nick knew that he wanted to stay in the area after graduation because of the blend of people and culture in Rochester. Nick enjoys the Rochester festivals, rooting for the New York Giants, fishing, running and recreational sports in his spare time.
Nicole is a writer, editor and proofreader with an eclectic professional background; She has worked in academia, advertising, publishing and social media marketing. Nicole is also a freelance copywriter and is currently the food writer for Rochester Woman Magazine. Her educational background includes several degrees in English language and literature, as well as MFA in poetry. Nicole lives in the Upper Monroe neighborhood with her husband, two kids, two cats and seven chickens. (Yes, that's 7 chickens) Fun and fearless, Nicole also plays flat-track roller derby with the Midtown Maulers. In her limited but precious spare time, Nicole likes to read, cook, knit, and watch documentaries as well as the occasional guilty-pleasure reality TV show.
Renee is a marketing, public relations and branding professional with 15 years in the communications industry. With a strong background in practical PR-based research, she also holds a Masters in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College. Renee has planned and implemented many traditional and modern media campaigns. She brings expert-level writing skills to all her work. In Renee's spare time time, she keeps up on news in SEM industry.
Susana is a communications, strategy, talent development and project management expert. Before joining HubShout she was a Special Advisor at the U.S. General Services Administration and spent nearly 10 years as a strategic management consultant. Susana was a pioneer in the 1st dot com boom as a Senior Product Manager at Lifeminders.com. She holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Florida and an MBA in Marketing and Information Technology from American University.
A graduate of Nazareth College, Terrance has been working in sales for over 4 years. Terrance's ultimate professional goal is to deliver on all things promised to a customer. Terrance joined HubShout because he believes in the necessity of internet marketing and in HubShout's talented team and leadership. When Terrance isn't at his desk delivering on promises, he enjoys cooking, volleyball, tennis and singing. Terrance is also a Women's Tennis coach at Nazareth College.
