We switched gears this week and spent some time talking about PPC. Pay Per Click ads are a powerful part of an online marketing strategy. Too often, however, people plug in their credit card and run ads without the expected return. Our experience is that this is partly due to inexperience but also failing to clearly define goals. We discuss different types of campaign goals and then how to translate those goals into expected cost per action.
