This is an interesting article that describes ways to transform your startup to attract the right kind of people for the job. It goes into detail about the differences between technical and non-technical employees and where the demand is.

pretty interesting! I think both types of employees can work even in the same environment. It doesnt have to be all in-house trainees or all experts, but the company has to have the proper resources to attract both.

Absolutely Megan. A diverse staff that brings in different skills to the table makes for a better company overall!

This article is great! :) I agree with Megan!

One point in the article that stood out to me: "To attract the most brilliant technical employees, your company must invest in a strong tech backbone. A-list employees are looking for employers with the tools in place to help them succeed in their roles: state-of-the-art technology; the most up-to-date operating systems; and great tools for social media, employee engagement and operations."
