Remove OLD Services that are NOT offered anymore.

Already spoke to my angel of accounting, but thought I could help move this along...

Can we please "remove" the "services" that are no longer provided from the drop down service list?

Ex. Local Map Full Service, Local Map Verify Only...

And Clarify which Social Plans "include" start up?

Thanks for the feedback. We will look into this... of course the issue is that we have some people on legacy plans but that shouldn't prevent us from removing them from "new" campaigns. Thanks again.
