I have a customer who works with B2C and would like to have the ability to schedule their email campaign to send out at specific date and time.

This customer, for example, likes to send emails at 7pm, because they get a better open rate with their consumer customers. In fact, they sent an email to 120 customers last night, and got a 50% open rate! I wish I could get that : )

Do you think that we could add a more advanced scheduling function to the email campaigns? Thanks!

We had that request once before... But it was only once, over a year ago... So we have not pursued that feature at this point. I do know that we architected the system with this in mind so it could queue until a specific time... For example, if you hit your Amazon SES limit for the day, the system automatically queues the remaining emails for another day...

But we have not yet developed the interface to set the specific time-of-day for emails to send...

We greatly appreciate your feedback and will make sure it is reviewed by the Product Roadmap Team and considered for development.

Thanks Adam, I agree that it may be a small convenience that might take a lot of work to implement. I do hope we can offer it at some point though.
