First, let me say... the online proposal tools is awesome! I just wish the was a way to convert the proposal to PDF format.

I find that some of my "old school" prospects want to have something on paper.

Is this a feature that is worth development?

I have seen this request out there on another forum. Since I didn't chime in there, I'll post here instead. I also often meet clients face to face, and would find value in being able to easily export the proposal in a PDF format.

I've been able to do it myself piece by piece, but this is time consuming and never looks as good as if it was done directly from the source.

I agree! We find sending the PDF works out the best for us. Is the feature in development?

Not exactly. We have a bunch of other feature requests that require us to make the Proposal Tool even more interactive. Specifically, we are working on a WEBSITE PRICING TOOL and WEBSITE REQUIREMENTS QUESTIONNAIRE. These are not simple processes, and also won't lend themselves to pdf presentation.

We hear this feedback, and completely understand it... Hoping to have a release for you at some point to address it.

Deal deal. Based on the amount of time and quality of the online proposal tool... thus far, combined with the new features you are currently working on - I guess creating an "outline" proposal in PDF/Printed form is doable ;)
