No Keyword Data in Webmaster Tools Since September 25

    No confirmation from Google, yet, on whether this is a bug or some new change coming down the pipeline. But keyword data in Webmaster tools hasn't been updated since September 25th. (Danny Sullivan says the 25th, Barry Schwartz and Search Engine Watch say the 23rd).

    It could just be a technical issue. They are often slow to update that data, often lagging a week to 10 days.

    Yes, that's what everything I've read says too. It is likely just a delay (as there have been technical issues before). I think everyone is just restless, given the secure search roll-out last week.

    Adam and I were looking at some content on our site yesterday that had some good traffic from Google but the bounce rate was higher than we'd like.

    Like a good marketer/webmaster, we wanted to look at the keywords that were referring the traffic to see if we could improve the page. Too bad. Not there. Sure makes conversion optimization hard.
