How to do a Double Opt-In with HubShout Web-To-List

Chad and I fielded a fairly complex Email Web-To-List and Web-To-Lead question in the HubShout Forum. We recorded our answer as a Google Plus Hang Out and thought we'd post the results... The basic idea here is that the end-user wanted to capture a few simple fields first and then push the website visitor to a more complicated form that would capture more information. Enjoy.
