Bing Publishes Its Webmaster Guidelines
Gotta love it... Just like Google, so LITTLE to say about how to appropriately get links... While each section in Bing's Guideline is extensive, look how short this one is:
Such schemes are intended to inflate the number of links pointed at a website. While they may succeed in increasing the number, they fail to bring quality links to the site, netting no positive gains.
