The viral ("viral" pertaining to popularity, not malicious computer programs) potential of Tumblr is what makes this the most dangerous. I know so many people who use Tumblr (I personally stay far, far away), who just mindlessly reblog ad nauseam without looking at half the things they're sending to other people's feeds. I'm sure this thing is spreading like wildfire without people realizing they're harming their computer.

Please share with your peeps who use Tumblr, Brian! I posted to all the HS social media platforms, but sadly, we know that doesn't nearly cover everyone who uses Tumblr. ;)
It's like zombie movie... except it's Tumblr... "the infection is spreading, hurry and contact your families before it's too late!"
pretty soon it'll spread to other social networks as well, then no one will be safe... Then the internet as we know it will end, the virus will mutate, spread to the computer's operating system, then the world will revert back to using DOS. Eventually people will be aimlessly shuffling through city streets looking on a social network to feed/waste time on... cruel world ahead people. Start stock piling supplies now.
